All of our electric scooters are ready to be shipped from the UK (via TNT Direct – Tracked). Other products will be sent via Royal Mail. To qualify for next day delivery orders must be placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be sent on Monday, unless we instruct you otherwise.
Electric Scooters and other products are also available to be collected on the same day of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
If you’ve paid for an item to be posted, it will be dispatched within 24 hours, so you’ll be turning heads in no time.
When will my delivery arrive?
All electric scooters are posted via TNT and will be dispatched within 24 hours. We aim to get the items to you within 48 hours.
International orders will be posted via Royal Mail’s International Signed & Tracked.
International orders over 2kg may be subject to further shipping fees.
We no longer ship electric scooters internationally.
Some items – such as batteries might not be accepted by your country. Please check with your local postal service BEFORE placing your order. Batteries may be destroyed before being returned to sender. Please check your country’s policy.
Any returned international orders – for customs reasons or otherwise – are entitled to a refund but only when the items are returned to Electric Scooters UK. If a customer would like an item to be resent or to be shipped to an alternative address please contact the team as they may be subject to extra shipping fees.

Do I qualify for FREE local delivery?
The following postcodes qualify for FREE local delivery: SS11, SS12, SS13, SS14, SS15, SS16, SS17, CM11 and CM12.
If you qualify for free local delivery, please register with ESUK and then email email@example.com before placing your order.
After you have placed your order, you will be contacted by our team to arrange a mutually convenient delivery day/time. If a time can’t be agreed, the buyer will have to collect or arrange another method of delivery.
Same day local deliveries available if your order is placed before 3pm.
